Vehicle purchases are high-value and document-heavy. For launch, vehicles should be handled by enquiry and confirmed quote, not blind checkout.
Important: do not pay for a vehicle until the dealer source, vehicle identity, condition, export documents, duty estimate and delivery route are confirmed in writing.
Vehicle sourcing workflow
- Buyer sends preferred make, model, budget, destination country and delivery town.
- King Kasongo confirms available dealer stock and whether the vehicle is export-suitable.
- Dealer source, VIN/registration details, mileage and condition evidence are captured.
- Inspection and diagnostic checks are arranged where possible.
- Export documents, police clearance and route requirements are confirmed before payment release.
- Buyer receives a written quote with vehicle price, service fee, transport, estimated duties and clearance costs.
- Dispatch begins only after final acceptance and verified payment.
Vehicle sourcing & cross-border delivery
Find it in South Africa. We source it. You receive it in Zimbabwe.
King Kasongo helps customers find and purchase vehicles in South Africa and coordinates the cross-border fulfilment process through our clearing and logistics partners.
King Kasongo service fee
The service fee is calculated on the South African vehicle purchase price:
- Below R500,000: 10%
- R500,000–R999,999: 8%
- R1,000,000+: 5%
The service fee covers vehicle sourcing, quotation coordination, supplier liaison, purchase coordination and cross-border fulfilment management.
Please note: Import duties, taxes, clearing, transport, registration and other third-party costs are separate and will be confirmed in the quotation.
Price transparency: The Zimbabwe price shown is an estimate. Before you commit, King Kasongo will confirm the actual clearing, duty and logistics costs with our agents and provide a final quotation. Established agents may help reduce the final cost.
