Order status stages
- Requested: customer has submitted product or vehicle request.
- Source confirmed: retailer/dealer has confirmed item availability.
- Quote issued: product, route and estimated landed costs have been shared.
- Payment verified: payment has cleared and order is ready for fulfillment.
- Collected: goods collected from supplier.
- At border: customs/border clearance in progress.
- In destination country: final delivery or depot handover being arranged.
- Delivered: customer has received the goods.
