Retailer integration stages
- Manual quote pilot: retailer confirms availability and price by email or WhatsApp for early orders.
- CSV feed: retailer sends catalogue, pricing and stock files on an agreed schedule.
- Read-only API: King Kasongo pulls product, price and stock data without affecting branch systems.
- Order reservation: approved orders reserve stock before payment finalization.
- Webhooks/status: retailer sends dispatch, cancellation, substitution and stock-change updates.
